University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
Master of Science in Business Analytics
At the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, I am pursuing a STEM-designated MS in Business Analytics, strengthening my analytics foundation while building new skills for an AI-driven world. I led several projects that used AI to speed up research, accelerate analysis and prototype development, turning insights into clear, actionable stories.
Key Projects:
- Led a practicum project for a legal and tax research client to reimagine how LLMs could support expert researchers instead of forcing them to adapt to the AI. I guided the team in analyzing current search workflows, recommended concepts like an integrated research-and-drafting workspace and a cognitive workflow orchestrator, and built Claude-based prototypes for the top-priority features, backed by a detailed implementation report covering system architecture, risks, and competitive benchmarking.
- Became a finalist in the 2025 Sustainability Expertise Case Competition by helping Gies rethink how it showcases its sustainability impact. I led problem framing and solution design, used AI-based web scraping to benchmark UIUC against peer institutions on SDG indicators, and helped design an interactive web dashboard and ranking strategy proposal (including entry into the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings) to guide leadership on where to focus next.

Axis Bank
Senior Manager, Business Intelligence Unit - Digital Business & Transformation
At Axis Bank, I split my time between managing analytics workflows, stakeholders and building analytics solutions that directly shaped GTM decisions, digital onboarding, and risk controls for digital products and platforms. These efforts contributed to a 23% YoY increase in accounts and an 85% increase in balances for digital current accounts.
Key Projects:
- Led the Digital Current Account analytics POD, managing a team of 5 analysts and acting as the link between product, data engineering, and business reporting teams to keep priorities and timelines in sync. I replaced the earlier Excel-based process with a Jira-driven scrum setup, which brought structure to sprint planning, tracking, and stakeholder updates. As the main point of contact for current account data, I regularly communicated key insights and risks to senior leadership to support day-to-day decisions and GTM planning.
- Built an event-level digital onboarding funnel across 60+ events and multiple journey variants, giving product and business teams a single view to spot drop-offs and bottlenecks. I partnered with full-stack developers to interpret API data and with product managers to lock down event definitions, while keeping the setup and logic clearly documented. This funnel became the core tool to monitor journey health and act quickly on issues in the onboarding experience.
- Analyzed frozen current accounts using detailed segmentation and decision tree–based insights to identify high-risk channels and product variants. We pinned down the D2C channel as the main driver of freezes, then drilled into specific regions and ZIP codes to target with tighter controls. These recommendations fed directly into sourcing and policy changes, reducing the digital freeze rate by 32% and strengthening account-level risk controls.

Ernst & Young
Senior Consultant, Business Consulting
At EY, I worked as a consultant for financial services clients, including a Fortune 500 bank and a large NBFC, on analytics projects across marketing performance, data quality, and operational reporting. I often operated as an independent contributor embedded with client teams, and also supported a time-sensitive, high-pressure engagement with the financial audit team on a critical data validation project.
Key Projects:
- Built digital campaign performance and pre- and post-sale journey tracking dashboards in Looker Studio for a Fortune 500 bank. I used SQL in a GCP BigQuery environment to clean and join clickstream, campaign, application and customer account data, and turned it into clear funnel metrics from impression to early spend and delinquency behavior. Along the way, I handled inconsistent naming conventions, missing data, and attribution gaps, and put in fixes and checks so marketers could trust the numbers and see which channels and campaigns were actually driving quality customers
- Led data validation for 2.7M loan schedules for a large NBFC after a system issue raised questions on the accuracy of customer repayment schedules. I used SQL to design scenario-based checks and cohort rules for that separated loans which could be resolved from the backend from those needing manual review, and worked closely with the financial audit team under tight timelines. This approach reduced manual verification effort by about 88% by cutting the population needing card-level review to a much smaller, high-risk subset, while restoring confidence in the reported schedules.

Mu Sigma
Decision Scientist
At Mu Sigma, I started my career in analytics, working on cross‑industry problems in retail logistics and workers’ insurance. I built a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Qlik Sense and Tableau, while learning to work closely with business stakeholders to turn operational questions into clear, data-backed insights.
- Centralized and redesigned operational reporting by standardizing KPIs across 9 distribution centers for a large retailer. I worked with stakeholders to align on definitions, analyze and rebuild the reporting logic, and establish a unified performance view across all distribution centers, then automated key reports using Python and Excel VBA so leaders could compare sites consistently, cut manual reporting effort by over 80%, and rely on numbers that were harder to manipulate.
- Developed and managed multiple Qlik Sense dashboards for a workers’ compensation insurer to monitor provider performance and claim outcomes. Beyond building and maintaining the dashboards, I regularly used them to analyze trends and share insights with client teams. I also used text analytics in R to apply complex billing rules, helping identify potential overcharging and enabling controls that were estimated to save around $2M AUD annually on non-essential healthcare costs.
